This year, mission fulfillment has been our driving force, and I am proud of how it has come to life with the success and growth we have achieved.

2024 has been a transformative year for Best Upon Request. We’ve expanded our reach, building on the solid foundation of our relationships with existing clients. These organizations have seen firsthand the value our concierge services bring to their human capital strategies. By creating meaningful support systems for their employees, we’ve become a trusted extension of their teams — a benefit that resonates far beyond traditional offerings.

Our clients’ enthusiasm for our service has led to promising growth. Their positive experiences and genuine advocacy have introduced us to new organizations with the same vision for elevating the workplace experience.

Our virtual concierge service is designed with smaller organizations in mind, enabling them to provide meaningful support for their employees. By offering this service as a bite-sized subscription model, we’re committed to making our mission of support and work-life balance accessible to more organizations than ever before.
